SME portfolio
Thanks to the 'kmo-portefeuille' (SME portfolio), entrepreneurs such as yourself have access to financial support for purchasing services that improve the quality of your enterprise. And that includes training and advice.
Small businesses are entitled to a support rate of 40% up to a maximum of €10,000 per year. For medium-sized enterprises, it is 30% with a maximum of €15,000 per year.

Volta
Are you an employer covered by PSC 149.01? If so, be sure to contact Volta!
Volta empowers employers and employees in what they do by providing training and advice. This results in better-trained employees, helps more people find jobs and makes companies more competitive. As an employer, you receive a bonus if you have your employees follow training courses.
Conditions:
- The student is a worker under PSC 149.01.
- The training takes place on working days between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- The training lasts at least 3 hours in total.
- The training is relevant to the sector.
- It may not be a sales or information session.
- A training programme is available.
- The training is given in Dutch, French, German or English.
- You must apply for your training allowance via My Volta no later than 3 months after the last day of training.
Bouwunie
The construction sector organization Bouwunie, working with Unizo, protects the rights and interests of SME construction companies. Bouwunie offers 'Winter training courses', among other things.

Confederatie Bouw
'Confederation Bouw' (The Construction Confederation) unites more than 15,000 companies from the construction sector.
PC 124 workers enjoy intervention in the hourly wage handled by Constructiv. Contact your local confederation.
Constructiv
Constructiv offers advantages to you as an employer, e.g. administrative support and intervention in certain costs. In addition, Constuctiv offers the possibility to organize your own training for your employees. The organization also advises on welfare at work in the construction sector.
Your employees can follow different types of training course through Constructiv. You receive an allowance for the training and wage costs, and you can schedule the training yourself.
Educam
The training credit is applicable in the collective agreements for the garage, bodywork and metal trade sectors . This collective training right is being applied in every company with at least one worker. The goal is to increase workers' knowledge and expertise.
Each training hour entitles you to a premium of 5 euros/hour, i.e. 40 euros/day. On an annual basis, the training credit is therefore 80 euros for 2 days of training.
The CAOs also provide for an extra measure – the individual training right .
- garage sector and metal trade: every worker is obliged to follow one day of training per two-year period,
- bodywork sector: every worker has the right to follow one day of training per two-year period.
Training PC100
Training fund for the workers who fall under the Joint Committee 100, also called the Supplementary Joint Committee for the Workmen.

Alimento for the food industry
Alimento brings together sector-specific services for food companies, their employees, bakers, and education. You can turn to them for training, personnel and organizational advice, financial benefits, and supplementary pensions.
