• As an employer, you pay no wage costs for this day, only a surcharge of €5 per training day per worker
• The worker receives unemployment benefits from the RVA, a supplementary allowance, and a bonus of €55 per training day from Constructiv
• For the employer, there is a financial contribution toward Constructiv’s training costs of €10 per hour per worker. In addition, you can continue to benefit from a subsidy through the SME Portfolio
📌 Terms and Conditions
• Winter training is only available for courses organized by Constructiv’s sectoral structural training partners, such as Embuild
• It applies only to courses held from December 1 through March 31
• The training lasts a full workday (at least 8 hours), with a maximum of 160 hours per worker per school year
